These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the USCIS Case Tracker mobile application ("App") operated by AMLabs Studio ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER: USCIS Case Tracker is an independent third-party application. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) or the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS). For official immigration information, always refer to uscis.gov.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our App, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

USCIS Case Tracker provides:

• Retrieval and display of USCIS case status information via the official USCIS API
• Push notifications when case status changes are detected
• Plain-English explanations of USCIS status codes
• Case history storage and timeline viewing

3. Accuracy of Information

Case status data is retrieved directly from the official USCIS Torch API. We display this data as-is and are not responsible for any inaccuracies, delays, or omissions in the data provided by USCIS. Always verify important immigration information directly at uscis.gov or by contacting USCIS directly at 1-800-375-5283.

Plain-English translations and "next step" guidance are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute legal advice. For legal advice regarding your immigration case, consult a licensed immigration attorney.

4. No Legal Advice

Nothing in this App or its content constitutes legal advice. We are not attorneys. The information provided is for general informational purposes only. Always consult a qualified immigration attorney for advice specific to your situation.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Only enter receipt numbers for cases you are legally authorized to track
• Not use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse the App or its API connections
• Not enter false or fraudulent receipt numbers
• Keep your device secure to protect your case information

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and trademarks in this App are owned by AMLabs Studio and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of the App without our written permission. USCIS case status data is owned by the U.S. government and used in accordance with the USCIS API Terms of Service.

7. Advertising

The App contains advertisements served by Google AdMob. Advertisements are provided by third parties and we are not responsible for their content. Clicking on advertisements may direct you to third-party websites not operated by us.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR TIMELINESS OF CASE STATUS INFORMATION.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AMLABS STUDIO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MISSED IMMIGRATION DEADLINES, RELIANCE ON INACCURATE STATUS INFORMATION, OR LOSS OF DATA.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM USE OF THE APP SHALL NOT EXCEED $10 USD.

10. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
